When the MDX grew in size during its first redesign, the RDX was created to take its place as Acura's compact SUV. The first generation vehicle is equipped with one of the few turbocharged engines in Honda Motor Corporation's history. It was designed to work with the SH-AWD system, adding boost during hill climbing and acceleration for more performance without hurting overall fuel economy. 2013 models replaced the turbo motor with a new V6 with cylinder deactivation, bringing better fuel economy with the same reserve power.
When you need to work on your RDX, get your parts from Acura Parts Club. If it goes on an RDX we have it: fog lights, bumpers and even complete turbochargers can be shipped to your door. Everything we carry is OEM, so they're the same parts used to build your Acura at the factory. That means a perfect fit and excellent performance. Not sure if you're ordering the right part? Use our built-in menus to select your vehicle make and year, or type your car's VIN into the search bar, and you'll see parts for your specific vehicle. We even have factory-trained parts people on hand to answer your questions, so you know you're ordering exactly the parts you need.
